𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝...

 Hey there,

Today we are talking about putting God first in our lives for real. Click here .

Proverbs 21:21 "Whoever pursues righteousness and love finds life, prosperity[a] and honour."

Matthew 6:33 "But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."

Those two great verses have one main and wonderful thing in common. We ought to seek God first in our hearts, minds, lives and everything that we are and do. When we are able to do that like for real, we can then benefits all the blessings that God has in store for us.

But it is not that simple, we have to be very careful with these verses. While God calls us to seek Him first and promises us blessings, that is not our motivation to follow and obey Him. We serve God because He is our Creator, Father and everything to us. 

Because He is sovereign, He might bless us or not. There is no formula as in, I do this and that for God, like I really do pursue Him first in my life but how come that He is not giving me this thing that I have been praying for... just that thought right there means you are not really putting Him first.

When we truly put God first we don't really see what we are missing, we don't complain, because we have everything in Him. the second we start looking around and mention things we don't have even though we follow God, then God is not first anymore.

So are we ready to keep our two eyes focused on God and all He does for us. 

*No complains

*No impatience 

*No overthinking 

*No "why God ?"

*No "when God ?"

I am sure God will turn your life around in His time.
